Hola! My name's Raciel, a photographer, and bookmaker based in Dallas, Texas.

Going to school for Photographer, I became passionate with bookmaking while pursuing my photography degree almost 10 years ago. A summer bookmaking class opened up and I immediately took it. I spent half my summer finding out various ways to make different booklet, journals, and hard cover books. Creating books for both my photo projects as well as for fun.

It's been 10 years of off and on creating journals for myself as well as for family and friends as gifts. A process I thoroughly enjoy as I love the process and creating something by hand for someone.

Papelería Raci came at a time when I was consumed with creating my own stuff for work and eventually would pick up new skills. I am constantly exploring new techniques and materials to push myself. Join me on this creative journey as I continue to share my bookmaking creations with you!
